Construction industry is specialized in civil engineering, housing construction,equipment installation and engineering survey and design work of the production department,is the national economy of material production and transportation departments for means ofproduction, is an important material basis of people’s life.The fierce competition in construction market, construction enterprises want to win incompetition, must try to one thousand in the project management ways to expand in projectincome and improve profits, in order to obtain good enterprise economic benefit. Inconstruction enterprises, the establishment of appropriate compensation incentive andevaluation mechanism to fully mobilize and standardize the project manager’s job enthusiasm,and make it on own initiative, creativity to do a good job of project management, is one of thegoals of the construction enterprise pursues.
