Research On The Channel Mode Of Resolor

For a long time, patients with constipation dissatisfy with the drugs for constipation.Many patients have long been troubled by constipation. Resolor, which is researched anddeveloped by YS Company, can be an effective treatment for constipation. Limited by drugapproval process, Resolor can not be bought in hospital pharmacy at the moment. Therefore,trying to creat new drug channel mode can help patients buy Resolor easily and quickly. Thenew drugs channel mode can not only benefit patients, but also promote the company’sbusiness.This paper, which is based on the theory of management, aims at creating an innovativechannel mode. The first part of this paper is the literature review, incluing the relationbetween the development of pharmaceuticals industry and the developing countries, and theestablishment of China’s new drugs apporvol system. And the literature review will set theoryfoundation of this research.After analyzing the basic information of Resolor, this paper comes up with theconclusion that Resolor can be effective treatment for Chinese patients. YS’s research teamwent to Beijing, Shanghai and other seven cities to investigate doctors, patients and pharmacystaff. Survey results show that70%of doctors support outside the hospital prescription model,and the new mode is possible to be sussessful.In the end of the paper, the author comes up with two channel mode--Medical EducationHand in Hand Projece and Resolor Network Platform Projece. And these two channel modeshave come to an effect.
