The Research Of The Government Function In Rural Tourism Developing In Nansha District

Base on the beautiful natural landscape, architectural and cultural resources in rural area, rural tourism, with country of tourist attractions, from rural leisure tourism and agricultural experience tourism in the past, expand to new development business services, recreation and tourism at present. The basic theories of this paper are the government intervention in economy and the industry agglomeration and so on, using the research methods of literature analysis, SWOT analysis, statistical investigation, analyzes the status, advantages, characteristics and the role of government in the industry to promote the role and existing problems at the field of rural tourism development in Nansha District. And meanwhile take example of the Tourism Bureau of Zhejiang Province and the scenic zone of the "five golden flowers" in Chengdu City, and the Shiliuhong Village in Wuhan City, we learn the successful experience of government involvement in the construction industry and to provide suggestions of guiding and supporting service facilities about the rural tourism development in Nansha District. The study found, with the Sunflower Garden and the Yongle Farms and other leading tourism as the core, rural tourism is concentrated in Wanqingsha Town at present, huge number of city passengers flow to the surrounding farms on holiday help the rural tourism development vigorous. However, the overall rural tourism is still in its infancy, planning is not clear, the limitation of land, the license constraints, makes some problems in the industry like small scale, the same projects, superficial cultural connotation of convergence, no brand characteristics, green industry chain has yet to be perfect. In2012, the new Nansha District is established, approved by the State Council, some issues and policy formulation and examination are approval of the provincial authority. With these favorable factors, from the perspective of the role of government, we should strengthen the rules and industrial development plans, to support the training and the regulatory measures, improve the supporting infrastructure, which are help to promote rural tourism develop in standardization, health?and sustainable in Nansha District.
