Research On Demolition Resettlementhousing Construction And Administration In Nansha New District

With the approval of development plan of Nansha district by the State Council in 2012, state-level new district was officially settled in Nansha, Guangzhou, while Nansha FTZ(Free Trade Zone) was officially established in 2014, which significantly speed up the process of urbanization. Since transformation of rural area and the old city is unavoidable, demolition work will come out increasely. To address the relocation of farmers, the issue of resident housing and building task will be much heavier, which means the substantial requirement of financial investment, as well as human and material resources. It makes the resettlement zone construction and management becomes a great challenge. How to ensure the construction and settlement, it requires some specific policies, as well as the role-management transform by government.In this essay, the author starts from the construction and management of the placed district by government in Nansha district, takes exist problems during construction as the research objects, and compares with the other area as Chongqing. Taking the methods of analysis, interviewed the settlement builders, managers and households, the author proposed the reasonable mode of construction and management placed district, clarify the government role and develop some resettlement policies. It hopes that this essay will not only be helpful to development of the Nansha new district, but also to the resettlement in other new area(zone) for reference.
