GRI is a leading domestic elevator manufacturers. With the rapid development of China’seconomy, GRI elevator business is facing new development opportunities. At the same time,China’s elevator market prosperity and rapid development make a batch of elevator enterprise,including GRI company growing rapidly and multinational enterprises, state-owned enterprises,private enterprises and pack up, market competition is increasingly fierce. Facing the elevatorindustry in a complicated and changeable development opportunities and fierce marketcompetition environment, must adjust the development strategy of the company’s business theelevator.The purpose of this study is to GRI for elevator business development strategy. First, thispaper applies the PEST model "and" five analysis model ", the elevator business developmentopportunities and threats posed by the external environment, internal resources and capacityanalysis, summed up the elevator business development has the advantage and disadvantage. Andfocus on the SWOT analysis method to analyze the current strengths, weaknesses, opportunities,threats. The current GRI company in the production and management system, research anddevelopment and technical resource advantages; Cost and development cycle and technicalservices at a disadvantage; Policy, economy, society and market environment of greatopportunities; And the threat from the competitors and industry is more and more big. Integratedthese factors, combined with the strategic management and competitive strategy theory, choosedifferent development for GRI elevator business development strategy, and according to themarket trend analysis to establish the strategic objectives. Finally through with respect to themanner of the elevator business differentiation and the basis of the analysis, based on productdifferentiation and manufacturing, marketing and service differentiation, industry chain layoutdifferentiation, business expansion and brand differentiation of GRI company how to implementand management measures of the strategic ideas and Suggestions are put forward.
