The hope can bring enlightenment to other power grid, improve power security risk management status, reduce the power safety risk, properly handle the powersafety emergencies, improve the reliability of power supply. Literature search through therelated research literature, the generation and development process to find out the power safety concept, electric power safety risk management system,application of crisis management of emergency, as well as the influence on the future development of electric power safety risk management. Case studies,according tothe electric power safety incident Z power system and emergencytreatment for example, corresponding with the theoretical research, improve the risk management system of electricpower safety.Through this case study conclusions are as follows: electric power safety incident is inevitable; electric power enterprises through the establishment, perfect risk management system of electric power security can reduce the electric power safety event risk; with the perfect risk management system of electric power safety, electrical safety issues will be lessand less, but will never be eliminated;electric power enterprise on electric power safety emergencies should put users in the most important position, should be people-oriented, inaccordance with the law, to respond in a timely, rapid response, the unified leadership, graded response, consistent, clear division of duties, prevention and control, combined with, learn the lesson, avoid evolved into crisis; electrical safety emergency treatment must balance the power enterprises, power plants, users, the government, the media and other parties and allow it to form a joint force, the rapid return to a normal state; the user’s trustis the foundation of enterprise management, unexpected events especially to maintain the t rust of users, how to deal with emergencies will directly affect the attitude of users of the trust and the masses.
