The establishment of the cryogenic centers will be conducive to shorten ourcountry and developed countries in the field of cryogenic vessel manufacturing gap,improving the domestic related detection technology in inspection institution of cryogenicvessels, improve and increase the cryogenic vessels related standards and laws and regulations,and promote the development of cryogenic vessel inspection and key areas for the study of thetechnical problems.The paper studied the feasibility of cryogenic center project base on this background,first by the domestic and foreign cryogenic vessels scientific research units to collect relevantdata, using the feasibility study of the theory and method of market and technologicalrequirements of the project, location conditions, laboratory planning and technical solutions,environmental and social impact are studied, based on the cryogenic center project for thefinancial and social benefit analysis, at the same time, analysis the project`s risk factors foridentification and financial profit and loss balance analysis, in summary, draw the conclusionof cryogenic center project feasibility analysis is feasible.
