Application Of Project Scope Management In JX Hotel Computer Networks Project Design

As China’s economy has made remarkable achievements, the hotel industry hasmade great development. Information technology is widely used in hotel industrynow, so that the hotel services become more and more diversified. JX hotel althoughit is currently well-known hotel in Nanchang, but network equipments are quiteoutdated, scale and capacity of existing computer networks cannot meet the needs ofthe future information supporting the development of various services, the urgentneed for the computer networks system upgrade.With the rapid development of information technology, IT projects often have along cycle, technical difficulty, complexity and other characteristics. In particular,the "demand spread" is the most common cause uncontrolled factors project. theproject is often being asked for requirements changes in the project initiating,planning, executing, even closing, so that the project are seriously affected to time,cost and quality.In order to make the project achieve the desired results, and improve the qualityof the overall project design, this paper analyzes JX hotel computer networks projectdesign by using methods like Scope Planning, Scope Definition, WBS Scope, ScopeControl and Scope Verification. And provides scope management experience sharingand reference for the industry similar projects.
