The Study Of Project Scope Management In FMCG Industry’s CRM Project

With the fast development of Information Technology, the reliable and available platform is being given to more and more enterprises’ development by the architecture of information system. But except these benefits, there are important risks in building information systems. Based on this background, this thesis is in order to improve the efficiency of enterprise information construction, especially in fast moving consumer goods(FMCG), through in-depth study of the internal history IT project data in Company C found that due to the limit of the enterprise itself factors, such as the ability of internal information technology department and employees, most of IT project will be outsourcing. Because lacking of a good project management norms, there are a lot of risks in project implementation process. In order to solve such problems, this thesis according to the project scope management launched a series of studies.Firstly, this article analyzes the status of domestic and foreign project management by studying the domestic and foreign literatures and puts forward the research meaning of this thesis and the problems need to be solved at present. Then some concepts of project management and project scope management are in-depth study, and the characteristics of related technical methods and tools for the research. Also in order to study the IT project characteristics of FMCG industry, characteristics of FMCG are also researched and analyzed by combined with company C’s project problems at present, and raised the IT project implementation key problems existing in the process and how to solve these problems in the FMCG industry. Through the research of project scope management process and of company C’s IT project case analysis, put forward a set of applicable to the company C’s IT project scope management process. Finally, by practicing, analyzing and studying in company C’s CRM project implementation on the scope management process, this article summarizes some problems still exist and the further work. The scope management process improves the company C’s IT project management level and implementation efficiency in the practice. This can provide some reference value to IT project scope management in the FMCG industry.
