Entering the second-10year of21st century, the application of information technology is developing by leaps and bounds, the tendency of worldwide economic integration become more and more obvious, and marketing competition getting fiercer. All these changes in the external objective environment require enterprises to give a positive response: making corresponding adjustments on business development and management strategies and therefore to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. The core competitiveness of enterprises derives from their maximum utilization of their resources. Thus, the limitation of resources restrains enterprises to integrate and utilize the external and internal resources effectively. In a word, win-win is supposed to be an effective way. Driven by such a social background, the human resources outsourcing services become more and more popular and are gradually acknowledged by the society. Different from the traditional HR services, HR outsourcing is a new management mode. The high efficient and quality service it offers can help enterprises focus on their businesses and enhance the core competitiveness. Through HR Outsourcing, the management of organization structure can be simplified, so that enterprises can control the cost.This thesis takes NY Company as an example to analyze the HR Outsourcing. NY Company is a professional human resources service which was established to adapt to our country’s market economy in the early time. When NY Company was just founded, it only provided services to Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) Resources Company onshore and offshore. Its service items just limited to HR Dispatch. But then, along with the developing of market economy, its clients gradually cover processing, service, foreign trade and some other industries. Meanwhile, the middle and senior level talent tenancy, personnel agency, BPO (business process outsourcing) and the like HR Outsourcing products are contained in their service items.This thesis is guided by the HR Outsourcing theory and through the analysis of the operation status and the competitiveness of NY Company, it reveals the problems exist in its HR Outsourcing business at present and then proposes some relevant solving strategies. By analyzing the tendency of China’s HR Outsourcing development, this thesis comes up with the reflection on NY Company’s further breakthroughs in this area. The research results it makes have some reference value for the development ideas and direction of NY Company. |
