As the high-speed competition of the bank market, the focus of competitionamong industries has turned into the scramble for talents from the customers andmarket competition. Their scramble is becoming increasingly fierce. High temptations,job commitment and welfare premium have bringing more opportunities to the bankcore talents. The state-owned banks has become the focus of industry talent scale flow,behind the flow of staff is the flow of financial resources, the flow of customer andthe flow of management. The commercial banks especially the four state-ownedcommercial banks are the talent loss stricken area, which are facing the huge loss oftalent and the serious loss of resources. In recent five years, the city of Fuzhou hasintroduced many commercial banks. The competition among ICBC、ABC、BOC、CCB and CRCB has evolved to the battle of ten banks. With the invasion of the Bankof Jiu Jiang, the Bank of Shang Rao, SPD BANK, the competition of local banks hasentered hot condition. All of banks has intensified their battle for talents. Recently,The core staff proportion of Fuzhou CCB has continued a downward trend. The lossof core staff turnover has become more and more thought-provoking.
