Research On Our Country Textile Enterprise Cost Collaborative Management Effect Under The Industry Cluster Angle Of View

Industrial clusters as a new model of economic development, regional economicdevelopment plays a very important role in the process. Our country has done thetextile industry colony pilot work since2002, the colony scale and quantity hadchanged very much. Practice has proved that the textile industry cluster is showing astrong market competitiveness and cost effectiveness. Clustering is more effectivethan a single enterprise organization. It Vigorously promoted the optimization ofindustry restructure and industrial distribution, it is of great practical significance forreducing the operating costs of enterprises within the group and improve enterprise’scompetitiveness. However, It is important that how to further strengthen themanagement of the cost of operating synergies in the perspective of clusterdevelopment, facing the rising cost of labour and other factors of relevance of thesituation. In the academic circle，Existing literature review of relevant researchfocused on the industrial cluster theory， development of industrial clusters,competitive industry cluster analysis, and effect of industrial clusters on localeconomic development. the research literature to industry cluster angle of view underprivate costs collaborative management are relatively few.Based on domestic and foreign scholar related industry cluster fundamentalresearch, and around 《the textile industry in China "Twelve Five" developmentplan》of the modern industrial clusters development “Development modern industrycluster and Optimized industry regional pattern”(One of the nine major tasks),Enterprises should be based on value chain accounting in textile industrial cluster asthe main line, study on application of synergistic theory cost collaborativemanagement of China’s textile industry cluster effect. It should urge the colony theenterprise from only to attach importance to the enterprise internal cost managementto transform to the cost collaborative management, and explores industrial clustersunder the background of new textile enterprise cost management mode in China.From the perspective of industrial cluster, this article conducts the exploratoryresearch to the cost collaborative management effect of our country textile enterprise,with the standard elaboration and the way that the empirical study unifies. The majorstudy contents are as follows:(1)An overview of the theory of industrial cluster and cost management. Inreviewing predecessor related industry cluster and private costs management theory aswell as in foundation of value chain correlation theories research, it will analysis thepresent situation of industrial cluster of collaborative management of enterprise costfrom the enterprise value chain.(2)Analysis of the development trend of Chinese textile industry cluster.this article will analyzes our country textile industry colony spatial arrangement,enterprise value chain and present situation of cost collaborative management.(3) Constructs Our country textile industry Colony private costs collaborativemanagement effect the evaluation system. This article will cost collaborativemanagement of filters applied to the evaluation of textile industrial cluster effectindicators from the cooperative management of the costs of industrial cluster level,control method.(4) Carries on the empirical analysis to the cost collaborative management effectof industry cluster enterprise, Research data is obtained using field research andquestionnaire. This article will determine the cost effects of collaborative managementsystem on the basis, determine research variable, and came up with researchhypothesis. With the factorial analysis and multi linear regression and the SPSSstatistical software to analyze data, research hypothesis will be verified, researchconclusions will be drawn.
