This is an arduous and urgenttask, but the traditional housing supply in China is in the primary stage of the extensivetype, As an important livelihood projects, affordable housing construction processappears the contradiction between high quality demand and the backward mode ofproduction. The implementation of housing industrialization is an effective way to solvethis series of problems. Housing industrialization has many advantages, it can helps toimprove the efficiency, assurance the quality, reduce the cost, save energy and protectthe environment. Housing industrialization is a key measure to support affordablehousing construction. At the same time, the large scale of affordable housingconstruction will also provide an opportunity for the development of housingindustrialization. In China, combined of affordable housing and housingindustrialization is a topic in recent years. Our country’s affordable housingindustrialization construction is still in the exploratory stage, many problems haveappeared in the process of construction.
