In recent years, there is an increasing greater government control on real estatemarket of China. As the market gets more competitive, many small developers are outof the running, meanwhile, several big developers like Vanke, Poly and ZhongHai etc.began to emerge. As the size of real estate market reduces, lots of developers have toexpand cross regions. However if the strategy target of each could be realized is stillsubject to scientific and rational project management competence. Today thedevelopers won’t be satisfied by the managerial experience from single project.Therefore it is of very great practical significance to study how the real estate groupsmanage multi-project cross regions. The study result is expected to benefit theperformances of managerial efficient.First, based on the literature review of project management, this study analysesand summarizes the major research topics within the field of project management.And list out the frequent problems and solutions occurred in managing projects. Alsoby applying the relevant theory to current circumstance of project management ofdomestic real estate group, the critical frequent problems are summarized andanalyzed. These listed critical problems then are analyzed using statics analysismethod and come out with the4most probability problems that domestic real estatecompanies encountered during multi-project management. The solutions and advicesrelating to practical circumstance of Real Estate Company are proposed by this study.Finally, the universality of problems and practicality of solution are reflected by anempirical study of multi-project management of Zhong Shan Da Xin Real EstateCompany.Today, there is still shortage of reach and practice in aspect of multi-projectmanagement of real estate company. Furthermore, in the rapid development of thereal estate industry, more and more problems of project management will beencountered and the multi-project management is definitely the trend of real estateindustry in the future. The purposes of this study are to help real estate industry in promoting project management performance and to raise valuable advices for projectmanagement practice.
