The knowledge economy era, the competition between enterprises from capitaland product level has changed.There is a transition to the human resource level.Onlythose who have good human capital resources and give full play to the function of thehuman resource of the enterprise can establish lasting competitive advantage in thefierce market environment.Performance management as one of the important modulesof human resource management, plays an important role in the development,if itshould be made full use of to the enterprise human resources.More and moreenterprise managers begin to agree that the role of performance management, and alot of beneficial exploration are made in terms of performance management.Electricbicycle manufacturing enterprises in our country has been a extensive developingstage, many electric car production enterprise in performance management is still in abeginning stage,Combined with the complexity of performance management, a lot ofelectric bicycle enterprises did not achieve the desired effect of performancemanagement, thus affecting enterprise performance.With the electric bicycleproduction industry competition intensifying, many electric vehicles on their ownproduction companies in the management level of ascension bring in the performancemanagement system, hoping to involve the promotion enterprise’s competitiveadvantage into more energy.In view of this, it is necessary to study this issue--performance management. I hope that I can make the beneficial exploration for theenterprise performance management level of ascension through this study.Based onthe view, I choose the GS company as the research object, and integrate someliterature researches, case studies and other methods.Based on the comprehensiveanalysis of the problems existing in the enterprise performance management process,I carried on the thorough excavation for the reasons behind the problem, then I putforward the optimization strategy of performance management.This paper is divided into six chapters. First chapter is the introduction, thispaper expounds the research background and significance, combing the analysis ofliteratures both at home and abroad, this paper expounds the research framework andmethods of this project.The second part is the theoretical review, focusing onperformance management which is a core concept is defined, and the method ofperformance management, performance management and performance appraisal aresummarized and tell from each other in this paper. The third part is case analysis,through the GS company performance management analysis of the present situationand the existing problems, the basis of the performance management process, theproblems of performance management each link are discussed in this paper.The fourthpart is designed for GS company performance management program, in this chaptersummarizes the overall train of thought for the company performance management,index design, process optimization, the results usage and so on. The fifth chapter isconclusion and prospect.
