Performance Management,as one of the important means of Human Resources Management,plays a significant role during the process of recruitment,promotion, training,incentive and so on,because all those progresses are based on the results of Performance Management.But actually,during the implementation of performance appraisal,there are always some problems,which impact on the final results.Therefore,how to eliminate disadvantageous factors during performance appraisal so as to inspire employees to work harder and more actively is the key research topic on performance appraisal.This paper focused on A Power Supplement Company's performance management.The situation and the problems of A Power Supplement Company's performance management were discussed in detail in this paper.According these, some improvement suggestions were given out.There are five parts in this paper.Followed by the preface,that is first part of the paper,the concerned theories of Performance Management,and main methods of performance appraisal,including Balanced Scorecard(BSC),Key Performance Indicator(KPI) and 360°Performance.Appraisal were introduced in the second part of the paper.The company's performance management statuses and the problems, such as uncertain appraisal standards,lack of communication and feedback,appraisal results error and appraisal result application inappropriately,were analyzed in part three.The fourth part put forward several valid measures to improve the performance management for A company,The final part is the conclusion.
