In this era of rapid development, the environment is increasingly changing, thecompetition is fiercer, and the serious accidents happen more frequently happen. Allthe above factors bring serious challenges to the listed company. The listed companywill bankrupt if they do not cope with the serious accidents successfully. Therefore,the listed company must understand and deal with crisis well. According to theperformance of crisis, we divide listed company crisis management as follows:serious accidents crisis management, financial crisis management, judicial crisismanagement, operation crisis management, organizational crisis management, creditcrisis management. This paper mainly studies on the listed company crisismanagement when serious accidents happen.This paper first describes the theory of crises and listed company crisismanagement, analyses the crisis management types, the crisis managementcharacteristics and the crisis management principles.Secondly, this paper introduces the serious accidents characteristics and theinfluence of the serious accidents to the listed company. Focusing on the constructionof emergency mechanism for listed Company face serious accidents and work processcope with serious accidents crisis.Next, this paper analyses a typical successful case of Shuanghui Group3-15Event and other companies failed when they faced serious accidents. We sum up theexperiences and lessons from the cases of serious accidents crisis management. Otherlisted company can also get the reference from the cases.Finally, we conclude the listed companies should enhance confidence in the faceof serious accidents, improve the organizational structure, good use of resources, andactively seize the opportunities.
