| Since reform and opening up, China’s eastern coastal areas depending on naturalgeographical location advantage have undertaken the industrial transfer from foreigncountries and Hong Kong, Macao as well as Taiwan,achieving a rapid economicgrowth firstly.But the outbreak of the financial crisis made the highlyexport-dependent industries in the eastern coastal areas get into trouble, and in recentyears,productive factors′price rose quickly;raw materials′cost increased;resourcesand environment faced constraints,which made the intensive enterprises in the lowend of the industrial chain get into more trouble.Internal environmental conditionsand external demand changed so that a new round of industrial transfer is vividlyportrayed, and the inherent profit-driven character of industrial capital also makesindustrial transfer become an inevitable trend.Xiangnan region,adjacent to the PearlRiver Dalta region has become an important destination of industrial transfer.Through industrial transfer,the roll-off area′s industrial structure is adjusted,andsome space is released for the development of capital and technology intensiveindustry,which leads to industrial tansformation and upgrading; the industryundertaking area receives transfer factors,high productive technology and advancedmanagement concept, which accelerates the speed of economic development. theindustry undertaking area′s industrial structure is also improved and adjusted.Becauseof the benefits from industrial transfer,the less developed Midwest regions meet ithead-on and launch a fierce competition for the resourses of transferring industry.Undertaking industrial transfer involves the interests of different subjects,and theprocess of industrial transfer is a process of dynamic game of different interestsubjects.At present, in the process of undertaking industrial transfer the localgovernments launch an excessive competition;there is little coopertation betweenregions;benefits is offered to the transferred enterprises excessively; transferindustry′s admittance threshold is relatively low. This thesis aims at the current statusand the existing problems in Xiangnan region in the process of undertaking industrialtransfer,and dynamic game models are built between different interest subjects basedon the perspective of evolutionary game,trying to analyse how Xiangnan region adopts strategies in the process of undertaking industrial transfer.;This thesis alsoanalyses the advantage industries in Xiangnan region and calculate the Xiangnanregion′s industrial gradient coefficient,thus proposes that the local governments ofXiangnan region should undertake related industries according to their own′sindustrial characteristics;at the same time,this thesis campares the undertakingcapability of Xiangnan region to the other six provincial cities by using the factoranalysis.Through the comparative analysis, a conclusion that Xiangnan region shouldstrengthen its supporting base,increase investment in scientific research,expandopening,etc. is drawn.Finally with related theory,the analysis result of game modelsand related data analysis,some policy suggestions are put forward concerningundertaking industrial transfer for Xiangnan region. |
