Study On The Capability For Industrial Transfer In Jinlin Province

With the strategic pattern adjustment of revitalizing of northeast traditional industrial base, the economy of Jilin province has developed rapidly in recent years and entered a comprehensive accelerating period. Comparing with the other two northeast traditional industrial bases, i.e. Liaoning province and Heilongjiang province, there is a large gap between Jilin and them. The research into the industrial development of Jilin has become a hot issue. In the time of economic globalization, industrial transfer is one of the necessary and effective ways to accelerate the course of industrialization. In Jilin province, the traditional competitive industries, such as the automobile industry, chemical industry, agricultural product industry, have greatly contributed to the economic growth in Jilin. The study on the capability of industrial transfer in Jilin, mainly from the aspect of industrial base, researches into whether Jilin has the conditions of introducing advanced techniques, how to create favorable investment environment and make competitive industries form industry cluster, aiming at promoting the economic growth of the entire region.First of all, the background and economic foundations of undertaking industry transfer in Jilin province are introduced. Then the thesis analyzes the data and summarizes the condition of investment into Jilin from other provinces and other countries, and also summarizes the potential capacity of enlarging productivity. The thesis employs industrial grads to make an empirical research, to figure out the position of Jilin in the country. Integrating with practical conditions of Jilin, the thesis uses method of SWOT to analyze the automobile industry, chemical industry and the agricultural product industry, and researches on capability of introducing industrial transfer of the three key industries. Finally, this thesis puts forward relevant proposals and countermeasures.
