With the development of society and economy, more and more women begin tojump out of the traditional family role, they play an increasingly important role inbusiness and political affairs. Nowadays, women who are in the workplace arepositive, economic and independent; they begin to assume the half of the sky withmale workers for the economic and social development and has become anindispensable power for social development. Due to women’s physiologicalcharacteristics, at the third largest contributor to GDP and information industries, thefemale employment rate is much higher than men’s. However, because of the specialnature of women’s multiple roles in physiological and social aspects, when theycome out of home towards the society, in order to obtain the same success like men,women have to pay more and face greater stress from family, children and traditionalrules. Professional women, in addition to face organizational change, corporateculture, role demands, workload overload, outside the work environment,interpersonal stress, also face particular pressure from gender, family and socialculture, and women are more vulnerable to feel pressure than men. Therefore, tomaintain and enhance the female employees’ job satisfaction, retain outstandingwomen, reduce staff turnover, improve the efficiency of female employees, motivateand maximize the potential of female employees have become the new topic ofbusiness problems.This study selects women of Technical Staff in IT industry for the study, focuseson the current situation of job satisfaction and the tendency of women to leave theirgroup. Through data analysis, focuses on two major issues: Firstly, in terms ofstatistical variables affect individuals as well as groups of women and the reasons fordifferences between men and women; Secondly, based on women of Technical Staffin IT industry, we divided main dimensions of job satisfaction for women and get therelationship between overall job satisfaction and turnover intention. This study isbased on IT industry, group of women of Technical Staff, establishes relevant resea- rch model, designs the questionnaire and based on statistical data, using descriptiveanalysis method, difference analysis and correlation analysis to gain employees’ jobsatisfaction and turnover intention effects. Finally, we summarize empirical researchfindings, based on analysis of the current situation of women employee satisfaction,employee characteristics for women to explore the relationship between job satis-faction and turnover intention, aimed at deepening human resource managers’understanding about female employees’ satisfaction and turnover intention, hopingto provide some management recommendations for improving employees’ job satis-faction and lowering employees’turnover intention.
