In today’s global economic environment, the IT professional and technical personnel in the field of high-tech industry has become increasingly important. Science and technology is the first productive force, this part of the population has become a science and technology enterprise’s core competitiveness, is an indispensable part of enterprises. Therefore, how to retain the IT class talent is the most concerned problem in today’s enterprises. Scholars at home and abroad to pay a sense of fairness, occupational commitment and turnover intention have a lot of research, and tested. But previous research study of the IT professional and technical personnel is not much. In addition, past research mainly the problem of compensation as the reasons for leaving behavior, but also the organizational career management awareness and professional commitment as the intermediary variable is not much.Therefore this research to human resource management theory, fair theory, organizational behavior theory as the theoretical basis, to the IT professional and technical personnel to this group as the research object, discuss the compensation fairness, the perception of occupational career management of the analysis of the relationship between occupational commitment and turnover intention,and adopt the way of questionnaire survey to the variable descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and so on.The results showed that: first, the compensation fairness of IT professional and technical personnel have effect on occupational commitment and turnover intention. Second, the career management awareness of IT professional and technical personnel have effect on occupational commitment and turnover intention. Third, professional commitment to fairness in pay, turnover intention and career management awareness, mediating role of turnover intention.This study first to pay a sense of fairness, career management perception to literature research of occupational commitment and turnover intention, analysis and summary of the relationship between them.Then with the method of questionnaire survey, 250 questionnaires, eventually recycling effective questionnaire 220, using spss20.0 statistical software, on the sample data processing and analysis. By using descriptive statistical analysis, analysis of the survey sample survey and demographic factors on the exit behavior; the influence of such factors as By using the reliability and validity analysis to check the quality of the questionnaire; Through correlation analysis, inspection pay fairness, career management awareness of career commitment and turnover intention the relationship between the four dimensions, and through the regression analysis, professional commitment in salary fairness, turnover intention and career management awareness, intermediary role between the turnover intention, finally obtains the result of the research.The paper also proposes solutions to improve the situation of high attrition rate of IT employees based on the research results, in order to enhance staff loyalty and reduce the turnover intention. It hopes that during the management practice, the manager could realize a win-win situation for the employers and the organization.
