Research Of Construction Machinery Business Model Effectiveness Evaluation

Construction machinery industry is an important part of the manufacturingsector,which plays a vital role to the country’s economic development, and ensurethat the construction is an important tool with high-speed, high-quality, low-cost,World economic development experience prove that the modernization constructionspeed depends largely on the speed of construction; while the level of constructionmachinery manufacturing, but also plays directly promote or inhibition to theconstruction. Therefore, the study of engineering machinery enterprises evaluate theeffectiveness of the business model is the focus of this paper. This paper uses anempirical study, the level of analysis and fuzzy evaluation method, to carry outresearch on the effectiveness of the business model evaluation of constructionmachinery enterprises.Firstly, through the evaluation of the relevant literature review of businessmodel, we have summarized, combined with engineering machinery business modelfeatures, defines the meaning of the effectiveness of the business model, proposedengineering machinery enterprise value of the business model for the effectiveness ofthe internal meaning of the four drivers, and accordingly leads factors influence theeffectiveness of its business model.Secondly, in view of the influence on the effectiveness of business model putforward by the above factors, combined with its effectiveness and business mode isput forward in this paper, the relationship between the theoretical model and measurevariables, make relevant research hypothesis, finally, this study mainly AMOSstatistical analysis software using method, determine the research model in this paper.Designed questionnaire to verify the hypothesis proposed in this paper, according tothe dimension of variables are measured at the same time build hierarchical analysismodel, in the correct verification model based on the weight of each influence factor.The results show that the business model for engineering machinery enterprisesimportance of effectiveness factors: Innovation> Sustainable Development>Customer Value> Resource Configuration> Brand Building. Which affect the validityof the business model innovation largest construction machinery enterprises shouldfocus on business model innovation brought about continuous improvement.Finally, the paper effectiveness to C company business model as a case studyobject, through questionnaire investigation on-the-spot investigation made a comprehensive analysis about the present situation of its business model, based on theabove chapters for engineering machinery enterprise business model on theeffectiveness of the empirical results, gradually to the various influence factors in thecorresponding evaluation.
