The Research Of Software Listed Company’s Business Model Based On The Evaluation Of The Effectiveness

In recent years, with the rapidly development of the mobile Internet market and the upgrading and transformation of the software industry, the domestic software industry needs to adjust the business model for the changing of current market. However, the business model is not the same in different enterprises, internal interactions between each factor method is not the same too.Under the framework of Business Model Canvas and according to characteristics of software enterprise, establishing the evaluation model of software enterprise which is based on data envelopment analysis, conducting the empirical research of software enterprise.Using DEA method and the financial statement,the case is analyzed and evaluated in terms of efficiency, returns to scale, projection analysis and effectiveness. The results show that the software listed scored highly overall efficiency, different types of large-scale leads to business efficiency differently, efficiency is a major factor leading to low efficiency of enterprises. Then, cluster analysis is conducted for the DEA effective enterprises and it turn out to be three kinds of business models, combined with DEA evaluation results, the improvement goals, programs and proposals are offered on the basis of empirical analysis.Finally, in view of the software enterprise competition environment, thispaper puts forward two aspects on the development of software enterprises, underthe existing business model of investment decision and business model changing.Among them, the business model innovation path including the resources andcapabilities, clients optimize the optimization, optimization value proposition andfinancial aspects.The paper contains 6 parts: part I, introduction, mainly about the backgroundof this paper, innovation points and content of this research, etc., part II is thereview of business model theories and shows the software enterprises, the thirdpart produced the based on the benefit evaluation of business model analysismethod and its application. Then in part IV, analyzed the resources, capab ility, andalso buildup the system of DEA efficiency evaluation for the empirical analysis. And in final part, it proposed suggestions for software enterprises’ development.
