With the constant improvement of China’s market economy and the advancement ofeconomic globalization, DP technology enterprise is facing more and more fierce marketcompetition, the enterprise leaders seeking effective human resource management way, withthe limited human resources to create the biggest performance, in order to improve thecomprehensive strength of enterprises. Employee behavior and performance management isthe core member of the human resource management, therefore, employee behavior andperformance research has become one of hot spots.This article comprehensively using the method of literature analysis, icon, field surveymethod and empirical analysis methods such as study, first introduced the researchbackground and significance of this paper, the analysis of research status both at home andabroad, for in this paper, we study the bare, and expounds the research methods and the maincontent of this article, build technical route. Secondly, analyzed the connotation of employeebehavior and employee performance, employee behavior dimensions, there are mainly activeto help others, take the initiative to undertake the additional work, etc., employee behaviorinfluence factors such as work environment, enterprise atmosphere, the relationship betweencolleagues and leadership attitude, etc., as well as the relationship between employeeperformance and basic concept, lay the foundation for later study.
