In the process of urban development the urban transportation plays an irreplaceable role.The increasingly serious traffic congestion also brings economic losses.The implementationof the urban road congestion pricing policies can largely promote the efficient using oftransport resources, and improve the efficiency of travel.Urban road traffic congestion usingthe way increasing traffic traveler’s travel cost, let people choosing their new way or newtime to travel, then guiding the traffic demand to balance the urban road traffic demand andtraffic supply.This paper based on the analysis of the current situation of the crowded in China, tofind that the contradiction between supply and demand is the main reason for the crowding.At the same time, it also influenced by the change of traffic supply and demand structure,the traffic infrastructure conditions, the traffic management and the influence of factors suchas traffic participants.
