Study On The System Of Government Procurement In Shaanxi Province

National public finance system is a very important sector of government procurementsystem. As early as in the free market economy， the government procurement system is aresult of the prototype until the economy development to the modern market economy， thesystem truly become a systematic system. Period of market economy， the governmentprocurement system is the state and government， which is an important administrative andmanagement system， is one of the government to strengthen the powerful tools for thefinancial system of macroeconomic regulation and control， strengthen the management ofpublic finance flow，increasing the service efficiency of funds. The government procurementsystem in China starts late， it was not until1995that the country， but development hasnearly20years， this system has been increasingly mature and perfect. Shaanxi provincegovernment procurement system， introduced in1998， from late but fast development，through continuous exploration and practice， this work has made many breakthroughs，remarkable achievements.
