| Recycling resource industry is a developing industry, is also an important part of China’scircular economy. Enterprises of recycling resources operation modes closely related tobusiness operation level and the enterprise of recycling resources operation level willdirectly determine the efficiency of enterprises. Therefore, to strengthen the study on theEnterprise of recycling resources operation modes is practically significant.This paper, takes CY Company as the sample to make an in-depth analysis of the status ofoperation and the problems of the current operational mode in CY Company, based on theadvanced experience at other enterprises, and by applying operational management theory,and combining the qualitative and quantitative method and the normative analysis andempirical research, proposes the optimization scheme of CY Company operation mode.The thesis firstly summarizes the basic situation of China’s recycling resource enterprise.Then list the related theory will be used. Analysis and study on application of the CYCompany operation mode. According to the process, the paper first analysis the operationstatus of CY Company, and analyzed and summarized the problems. The analysis to the CYCompany carried on from four aspects including the site planning, logistics and supply chainmanagement, inventory management and business process reengineering four aspects.Finally the thesis proposes the optimization scheme of CY Company operation mode. |
