With the development of market economy, the competitiveness of enterprises and graduallyevolved into the talent competition, the role of knowledge in the increasingly important. Thecorporate training business to nurture talent even as one of the main means of attractingtalent, more and more managers are being valued, to support enterprise talent has become thecore of strategic planning. Evaluate the effectiveness of training as one of the links is areflection of learning outcomes and enhance overall quality of staff specific performance. Inthe current business process to carry out training programs, training programs to enhance therole of corporate performance and accordingly on how to effectively confirm theimprovement is an important issue facing the training manager.Taking C Bank Credit Card Center as a research object, the present situation andshortcomings corporate training system for a more comprehensive investigation. Whileestablishing the objectives and principles of training evaluation, based on this, discussedthe content of the training assessment and evaluation, and the introduction of process-levelassessment methods, reference Kirkpatrick evaluation model and four CIPP evaluationmodel for the improvement of existing problems, building Situation assessment of a suitabletraining center C bank credit card system, and proposed a series of measures to ensure thatthe new training evaluation system can better play its positive role in the enterprise.
