China’s economic and social development has made great progress, at the same time it alsopresents a series of problems, one of which is that many companies only focus on economicbenefit and ignore the social benefits, not fulfilled their social responsibility. In this context,social responsibility has become a hot issue, of which the biggest focus is the relationshipbetween social responsibility and corporate performance. Through empirical study, theauther trys to find some empirical evidence between corporate social responsibility of foodcompanies and its performance, and guide food companies to face the problem of socialresponsibility in practice.This paper first describes the background, meaning, content and research ideas, and thencarry out a review of the relevant research. Secondly, from the perspective of stakeholders tofind stakeholders of food compansies, and then find the index system, the actual datacollected, modeling, empirical analysis of the impact of food on its corporate socialresponsibility performance. The study found that food companies fulfill their investors,employees, suppliers, consumers, government and the public of the current corporate socialresponsibility performance has a positive active role; profit stakeholders to fulfill the socialresponsibility of the enterprise lagged one has a positive influence (two) overallperformance; from the time point of view, the impact on the performance of the year isgreater than the following year, the impact is greater than the following year and then again ayear.Innovative succession of previous studies in this paper is based on a combination of thecharacteristics of the food business indicators and variables were perfect, mainly in theconstruction of employees Responsibility Index and food safety and quality, and to make itmore perfect, while using Last year the food industry static and dynamic panel data analysisto explore the impact of the lag. Inadequacies thesis is imperfect sample size limitations,indicators and studies limited depth.
