With the rapid development of China economy, clubable firms keep appearing in theChinese economy, collectivize operation’s ultimate goal is to realize scale effect, achieve theresult of\"1+1>2\". And corporation management control of affiliated companies expectthrough the information communication platform, a situation to choose suitable managementcontrol mode, with suitable means of control, to ensure that the subordinate company toachieve its goals and intentions. But in reality, the company controls in there are manyproblems in the process of enterprise operation. In this paper the author GRDT served by thecompany as the research object, try to explore the internal control models suitable formatching GRDT companies.Influenced by the macro economic situation at home and abroad, the elevator industry’smain real estate industry under the serious pressure of capital chain upstream economies test,lead to the elevator industry is facing more intense competition in the market. At the sametime, belongs to the special equipment of the elevator as public transport, in recent years,frequent elevator accidents are more and more public attention, prompting countries increasedregulation in terms of legislation, law enforcement. GRDT companies use a variety ofmanagement tools for this analysis, revised the five-year strategic plan. To achieve strategictransformation, GRDT companies across the country set up a total of10companies, GRDTbased on its use is relatively centralized administrative management control mode. Becausethe companies to set up the time length is differ, in different stages of enterprise development,management level uneven, face uneven regional product market share and marketdevelopment difficulty, business branches and head office communication heavy andcomplicated, bull management, business slow response, single performance appraisal system,and other aspects.The paper in-depth study of the past literature, and on the basis of the organization andmanagement comprehensive diagnosis, use the ways such as investigation, interview, gatherthe original information and data needed paper, find out the main problems of current controlmode, targeted solutions are put forward. Study will adopt the following methods:1, throughthe parent company to explore the literature on branch control at home and abroad, combingthe existing models and solutions, find GRDT company currently on the influence factors ofthe branch control blocks.2, through the questionnaire investigation, interview, refer tomeeting minutes, a comprehensive grasp GRDT company internal control, in order to dock with the existing research model in the literature and thinking.3, by adjusting the controlmeans to improve the existing control mode. In this paper results: expectations for GRDTcompany branch in the process of high-speed development of the business process to controlthe specific solutions and implement path and method. For improving control mode to designoptimization of the company’s organizational structure, and clear head office and branch workinterface and purview division, etc. To support branch management and integration ofcorporation business processes and resources platform, to build collaborative managementmechanism. Design staff and company a win-win incentive system, let employees pay moreattention to the company for the long-term development, and is willing to play for innovationand enthusiasm.
