| With twenty years’ development, LanJu Group, a diversified investment group, has become the biggest professional manufacturer of domestic hygiene production in China. Since the financial crisis in2008, the sales of both major products and new products of the Group have increased slowly, which largely influences the revenue. After a rapid development in the early stage, the company now is suffering from its disadvantage in management process and operation capacity. The short slab has emerged on the key process for the company’s human resource management such as hiring and training. A scientific system for qualification, an efficient test tool for hiring, a training system for employees and a more flexible pay pattern are urgently needed for the company.Based on modern human resource management theories and relative studies, this research, with a special reference to the human resource management situation, diagnoses and analyzes the current situation of private enterprise human resource management. Such respects of the company’s human resource management as planning, staffing, compensation and benefit, training and development, and employment relationship are focused. After analyzing the existing problems, the study sets about setting the optimization goal and optimization rules, and finally proposes specific details of optimization.
