As a kind of natural materials, Stone has been widely used in ground, walls, hotels, trainstations, airports and ect. In recent twenty or thirty years, the development of global stoneindustry has been significantly faster than economic development. The trend is more obviousin China. With the development of modern city urbanization, the demand for stone will begradually increased in the next few years. However, the stone industry encounters a rareopportunity, and faces multiple pressure inside and outside the industry. The current stonesupply mode can’t meet the demand of consumers any more. Stone industry is badly in needof a business transformation.Firstly, the thesis analyzed stone supply chain including organizational structure, supplyprocess and three flow. Combining with issues during the stone supply chain, the thesispointed out that supply chain integration is an effective way to improve the current situationof stone industry based on information and resources integration. In the three kinds of stonesupply chain integration model existing now, the thesis pointed out that supply chainintegration with stone trade enterprises as the core is more realistic, more in line with thetrend of the stone industry’s development.The model of supply chain integration with stone traders as the core was furtherdiscussed. The thesis analysed how to integrate from three links--purchasing integration,process integration and sales integration. According to the characteristics of the stone supplymode after the integration, the thesis defined the new stone supply mode as―stone minecustomization‖, then elaborated its organizational structure, three flow, process andadvantages. In view of the advantages about the stone mine customization, the thesis chose―cost advantage‖to analysis quantitatively, constructed the supply chain cost accountingmodel, and compared with the cost of the traditional supply mode, to prove that the stonemine customization has a cost advantage. Then put out the implementation strategy from thecore business, member relationship, information sharing, distribution of interests.Finally, the paper took a typical stone trade company named G as an example. Combinedwith supply chain status and resource advantages, the thesis put out implementation strategyof mine customization mode. And the effect was analyzed, the experience was summed up. Itprovided reference for the stone practitioners of business transformation.The paper was the first one which used supply chain integration theory in the stoneindustry. It broke through the limitations of a single stone enterprise competition strategy, putforward―the stone mine customization‖which was led by the stone traders in the angle of thesupply chain. This study provided a new idea of change for the stone industry, which is ofgreat significance to reduce the stone supply cost and the waste of resources.
