Progress Research Of The Wealth Management Of S Bank

As the economy of China has increasingly developed, the population of rich people hasbeen increased. In the next few years, the demand of wealth management indicates a steepupward trend, and the wealth management, a new profitable growth of commercial banks,becomes a brand new competitive area that both domestic and foreign companies are chasingin. Based on the current circumstances, building up a new promote management model, andcreating positive brands through effective promotion method, have essential meanings infinancial industry.This paper summarizes the promoting actions of “wealth management of S bank”,analyzed through four aspects including the startup of wealth management business, theproject compilation, the optimization of project period and process management. This paperstrives to explore the effects of adopting the knowledge of project management into financialindustry, and build up a perfect process managing model for financial products.This study has pointed out the importance of adopting process management intofinancial industry, understanding the current situation of wealth management and processmanagement through investigating relative resources. Furthermore, the study analyzes theexisting issues that Banks might face while exploring theirs financial products, acquires basicknowledge of project management and technique of Internet planning, and then indicates itspurposes. Based on the current situation of S bank, the study has designed a basic frameworkthrough four aspects, included clients，products, the management of clients relationships andchannels, and adequately analyzed the construction of products and marketing. Finally thestudy has determined the definition and ranges of promoting project of wealth management ofS bank, and pointed out8main aspects for the promotions. The paper has deeply analyzed theapplication of project management in promoting session, set up a reasonable working rangesfor the project, and also separated work procedures by using WBS method. Consideringfactors including work separation, responsibility distribution, project activity procedure, andworking time evaluation, the paper has adopted a flexible process compilation methods,mainly claimed the managing process, ensuring measure，dynamic monitoring and projectupdate of process management, which applied the technique of Internet planning in processmanagement. The study has fully explored the process of project management includingsettings, optimization, measures and dynamic monitoring.
