The supply chain is facing more and more complicated uncertainly under thecircumstance of economic globalization, and the inventory management is being moreimportant, which is one of the key factors to reduce enterprises logistic cost andimprove market competitiveness. As the production operation of process enterprises isrelatively stable, which can not adjust in time under the effect of external uncertainfactors, so the research on supply chain inventory management of process enterpriseshas practical significance and research value. The paper is building optimization modelabout the raw material and finished product inventory of process enterprises combinedwith the theory of supply chain inventory management and put it into practice, the maincontents are as follows:First of all, Starting from the features of process enterprises inventory, analyze theuncertain factors which affecting its inventory. Comparing the traditional inventorymanagement with the inventory management under supply chain, the inventory ofprocess enterprises is optimized combined with suppliers and customers in supplychain.Secondly, the paper built optimization model about the raw material and finishedproduct inventory applying Stackelberg Game Theory. About the raw material inventoryoptimization model, suppliers are the leaders of decision, who declare its batchdiscounts, and manufacturers are followers who make the order decision throughleaders. About the finished product inventory optimization model, manufacturers are theleaders of decision, who declare its batch discounts, and retailers or customers arefollowers who make the order decision through leaders.Finally, the paper put the inventory optimization model into practice in a fiberglass company, according to the practical situation reached the inventory cost andquantity decreasing and the risk brought from uncertain factors reducing, verified themodel effectiveness and availability. At end of this paper, it pointed out the direction ofthe improvement and research in the future. |
