With the rapid development of China’s economy, the deepening of reform andopening up, the cement industry is also developing rapidly. because the extensive mode ofeconomic development has brought excessive consumption of resources, environmentaldamage and other serious problems, Chinese cement industry overcapacity, viciouscompetition and other conditions, the development of the cement industry has beenseverely constrained also affected by the economic crisis.Jilin Jidong Cement Co., Ltd. was implemented by the Tangshan Jidong CementCo.,Ltd. and Jilin Songjiang good assets and restructuring of the cement plant cementsystem and incorporated in2000, and produce two series of cement, Jiangcheng, Dunshi.The cement is wisely used in urban projects, roads, real estate, etc, but the company is alsofacing the problems of overcapacity, insufficient consumption and other issues. Based onthis situation.according to the SWOT model, this paper analyzes the macroeconomic environmentand internal environment, combines and matches external opportunities, challenges facedby the enterprise and internal strengths, weaknesses, and develop strategic policy andstrategic objectives. This paper develops corporate implementation strategies to provideappropriate policy support to achieve the corporate strategy goals from the optimization ofthe organizational structure, sound financial management system, human resourcemanagement strategies, technical innovation and product development strategy, marketingand market developing strategies, building the corporate culture, information technologystrategy. This paper integrates all the analysis presented front, presents a portfolio ofcorporate strategy, make the strategic alliances as the overall strategy. It should formulatebrand strategy as a long-term development strategy. The enterprise makes reasonablechoices based on the specific internal and external circumstance faced by enterprise.In this paper, Jilin Jidong Cement Co., Ltd. is a strategic research and developmentissues, and this paper is practice-based, supplemented by theory, combined with thenational macro-control policies, intense competition within the cement industry status, drawing on international and domestic cement industry in the course of development, usethe strategic management theory, develop appropriate business development strategies toachieve enhanced competitiveness of the enterprise, and achieve sustained survival anddevelopment of the enterprises, and promote the healthy development of China’s cementindustry.
