Lean Construction (LC) is the theory, methods and techniques that people solve the problem of wasting. The core idea of it is minimizing waste and maximizing customer value. Construction industry adopts lean construction influenced specifically by which factors. According to these factors, the project team whether adopting lean construction techniques and being able to make decisions is particularly important.
