This dissertation take the T group as the study object,Through the analysis theway how to realize the strategic landing adopted in the strategic transformation,Derived in strategic management, the logic relation between organization and humanresources, establishment of logical model, to make the modular toolbox of theorganization design and the import of human resources based on the strategic.Combine the practice of T group and the existing theory on strategy, organizationand human resource, take the case of T group as the breakthrough point, analysiswhy the organizations and HR constitute the most important elements of strategymanagement, how to combine them to make the enterprise strategy loading on.Strategy determines the organization, and the organizational structure is needed tosupport by HR, excellent organization can develop employee and excellent talentscan improve the organizational performance, achieve the strategic landing.The T group is typical developing companies in china.
