With the developing of project market, the teams of project managementcompanies will face the complicated market, constantly changing of the projects andthe adjustments of the companies’strategic decision. The project management company should create the core businessprocurement team and normal business team based on the company strategy and theactual of the projects. At the same time, this article states how to carry out themanagement for procurement team including reasonable authorization, effectivecommunication, teams coordinating inside and outside. As for the situation of theteams and members, this thesis studies and analyzes the conflicts faced byprocurement teams, and provides the sovlements and process.Under the analysis and research, the management of AE Ltd.’s procurement teammeets the demands of the project procurement’s develepment. Hereby, the thesisdraws the conclusion: AE’s team management is positive and valuable for the projectmanagement companies. The project management companies can establish theprocurement teams to be the whole procurement organization or department based on this way. They can establish the core business teams and specifical business teamsbased on actual situation. The project companies can manage the procurement teambased on the scientific theories, and resovle some major problems which will be facedby procurement teams during the actual management by correct ways.
