The Research On The Interaction Of Female Human Capital And Economic Growth In Inner Mongolia

In the era of knowledge economy, as a separate capital forms, human capital has had a profound impact on social development. Social progress, the country’s prosperity, the prosperity of the nation and the personal development, these are all dependent on the pioneering and creative human capital. The development of human capital is the fundamental driving force for the promotion of social development, the operation of human capital promotes innovation activities carried out in all areas of society, and to enhance the value of the human capital is the inevitable requirement of social development. But people tend to ignore the human capital gender, not just the men’s patent. Enhance the value of human capital is the inevitable requirement of social development. But people tend to ignore the human capital gender, it’s not just the men’s patent.In recent years, scholars study female human capital from multiple disciplines as sociology, economics and demography, showing the characteristics of interdisciplinary in research. They discuss female human capital with family status, fertility, economic development, labor force participation rate, gender equality and social development in many aspects and achieved fruitful results. These studies not only to arouse the awareness of the importance of female human capital investment, but also put forward possible measures to enhance female human capital from a practical point. But the results of the empirical analysis to study the relationship between a female human capital and economic growth are still relatively small.This article is based on the theory of human capital, and perspective of female human capital accumulation. It assess female human capital stock of the Inner Mongolia region and use historical statistics and survey data econometric analysis the correlation between the measurement of the female Human Capital and Economic Growth. Measure female human capital accumulation contributions and the importance of sustainable development of the society, eventually build new mechanism based on the interaction between the female human capital and economic growth.We based on our previous censuses and Population and Employment Statistics Yearbook data to assess female human capital stock of the Inner Mongolia region. We found that the per capita stock of female human capital of the Inner Mongolia is slightly higher than the national average per capita female human capital stock. Overall showing a rising trend, but there is a huge gap with the developed regions.Through econometric analysis, there is a close causal relationship between female human capital and economic growth in Inner Mongolia, which they influence each other, promotes and constraints each other. Female human capital through improve their health and the future generations, provide continuous human capital for the Inner Mongolia region to influence the level of economic development; Female human capital through affect fertility, education of the next generation, the quality of the people and family status for the region to provide high-quality labor force, thereby increasing the rate of economic growth; Female human capital through control their household consumption to stimulate economic growth to contribute to economic and social development. Economic growth mainly through the influence demand affect the status of women in society, and the increase in female human capital investment to improve women’s human capital, so they affect each other, complement each other, and between them there is a strong positive correlation.
