With the development of e-commerce, online shopping and online sales activitiesincreased, and with it the problem also return buys products increasingly prominent.Clothing, as a daily necessity, in recent years the rapid growth of its network purchases. So,in the face of growth for the purchases of network, the network vendors constantlystrengthen and perfect pre-sale service, to increase the chance of customer orders, andenhance the customer of the site’s favor. But, the businessman pre-sale service at the sametime pay attention to neglect the after-sales service perfect, in order to make clothingnetwork return of the goods is increasing. However, due to the clothing products have astrong seasonal and pandemic, therefore, return to the generation of clothing enterpriseinventory and production, have a certain degree of influence. For this reason, attention andanalysis clothing electronic commerce environments return is urgent problems.Based on the above the background, this paper selects the network shopping in theB2C e-commerce mode, with clothing sales network as the research object, take thequestionnaire survey and mathematical statistics method, analysis and research networkshopping environment of clothing products return problem. Through the analysis of theresults of the survey found that, try on inconvenience customers is the main reason for thereturn of the network, and in return after the most attention to produce customer returnlogistics distribution and delivery problems, therefore, apparel sales network in return, wecan, from the Angle of prevention and treatment in perspective two solution. From thepreventive point of view, can from the information to fully describe, order carefully checkand ensure the authenticity of information to avoid the happening of the return of thelogistics. From the processing perspective, first through the establishment of the return ofthe logistics customer satisfaction evaluation index system, analyzes the clothing sales network return customer satisfaction conditions, combining importance analysis mainlyfocus on the return of the recovery on time, the cost of logistics of cost etc., therefore,clothing network vendors should constantly improve the website construction, strengthenthe return of logistics management service level, in order to enhance returns logisticssatisfaction, the enhancement enterprise’s competitiveness.Based on the customer satisfaction assessment results, the combination of the specificconditions of the electronic commerce return construct clothing B2C e-commerce returnwith the logistics distribution model, in order to meet the time required for the premise,optimize the distribution path so as to save the purpose of distribution costs. And accordingto actual condition, puts forward the solution to the problem of thought: in meet the timewindow constraints optimized distribution path, managing distribution costs. Finally usingTabu search algorithm, to find the solution to the model, and the example is analyzed.
