Tabu Search Algorithm Is Applied Research, In The Cold Chain Distribution Network

In historical long river, human beings' basic object is to obtain foods in order to survive themselves. Until 21st century, with the development of science and technology, people began to deepfreeze the dainties and nutrition so that can supply foods stably. Developing cold chain and protecting food material are the continuable development strategies of food industry.Cold chain is a food supply chain which requires food products to be maintained in a temperature controlled environment, rather than exposing them to whatever ambient temperatures prevail at the various stage of the supply chain. The most difficult stage is the distribution where most quality degradation is happened.This article solves the above problem by optimizing the network structures of the cold chain. For the difference between cold chain and traditional supply chain, I used a hunting method which is not depending on concrete problem-Tabu Search algorithm.Tabu Search algorithm is used widely in many fields. TS is to start from certain initial state-initial solution, search its adjacent territory and delimit shift direction under the control of Tabu list until satisfactory solution is obtained. TS possess the ability to calculate speedily and work out full-length problems without the limit of partial optimum. So Tabu Search algorithm has gained a foothold in many research fields by its particular advantage. By the present time, it has been used successfully for many problems, such as dispatching problems, traveling route problems, the problems of arranging working process, the problems of distributing communication lines, the problems of distinguishing nerve network, the problems of coloring figures, the problems of two times assignment.This article uses TS to solve cold chain network optimization and builds the quality and total cost model, by considering the special feature of the cold chain fully.
