A Research On Law Enforcement Of Urban Management On The Basis Of Service-Oriented Government

Reform and opening up have made China drive on a prosperous road with fast-developping economy and rapid-changing appearance of cities. In the process of urbanization, various advanced technology and experience have been applied. In the meanwhile, many problems of urban management appear. On the basis of a review of the literatures and case analysis, the thesis has made an analysis on the characteristic of Control-oriented Government and Service-oriented Government, which draws into the role positioning of the government.The thesis has made a further research on the methods of service. After proposing the concept of service-oriented urban management, the thesis has made a research on the methods of Mess up and Combined service force with examples.The thesis is focusing on the Public participation of law enforcement in urban management with which goals can be achieved better on the basis of the analysis of Community-entering by law enforcement officials. With an introduction of ethics of Public Administration and responsibility for public service, the thesis has also made a research on how to cultivate service responsibility with examples, which will lead to achieving an more efficient and humanized methods of urban management so as to realize an ultimate aim that serving for the people heart and soul.
