The Research On The Location Choice Of Foreign Direct Investment In Hebei Province

As China’s economy is growing, international and domestic environment has undergoneprofound changes, China’s foreign direct investment has entered a new stage. FDI in HebeiProvince has made certain progress either in flow or in stock. But researches on FDI of hebeiprovince and its location choice are relatively few in domestic. Many companies’ blindlyinvesting in, the lack of prior survey research, poor investment management, causes failureof the entire investment. Therefore, this paper studying about FDI location choice problem ofHebei province has certain instructive and reference value to foreign investment behavior ofHebei province.This paper firstly explains in detail the relevant theory about FDI and its location choice;secondly analyzes the development status of FDI in Hebei Province, the status of investmentlocation choice, and summarizes its characteristics,also highlighted problems existing in theprocess of FDI location choosing in Hebei province;thirdly studies the motivation of FDI inHebei province, as well as the impact factors of its location choice; Finally put forwardfurther strategy to solve the problems in Hebei’s FDI location selection.
