Research On Location Problem Of Beijing Tianjin Hebei Logistics Center Based On Collaborative Development

The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has a long history, the earliest can be traced back to 1986, but the current situation is far less than the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta. And the logistics center in the whole logistics system occupies the position of play a decisive role, its location problem related to the regional logistics system development and planning, scientific and reasonable to solve this problem in collaborative of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has an important significance in the development.In this paper, starting with the development status quo of the logistics industry of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, detailed analysis on the infrastructure, logistics base and distribution and service needs of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, combined with the process of collaborative development, summarized the corresponding development strategy, and puts forward the mode of logistics talent. The basic concept of logistics center location based on the principle of coordinated development and discusses the reference of many scholars, and site selection index system. Finally draw the conclusion that the logistics center location index system. Next, this paper has constructed the model of location choice, determine the data envelopment analysis of each input index and output index, put forward the logistics center location steps based on coordinated development. Finally, collect and calculate the indexes of carried out data, using DEAP software to solve 2.1 to model, analyze the validity of the candidate address, and correlation analysis the effective solution, also introduced the improved DEA model in the relevant effective solutions in selecting the best logistics center address, and other non optimal alternative address is analyzed, put forward the disparity of the optimal solution and the direction of future development, at the same time, also summed up the advantages of the optimal solution and aspects to be improved.
