Recently,low-cabon economy has caused the widespread attention of each country. Asthe representative of the low-carbon economy ideas,Carbon tariffs has gradually become theweight which developed countries use climate crisis to containment other countries andcontrol world economy.China is the world’s largest exporter, and the high energy-consumingproducts account for more than half of the proportion to total exports, therefore, if the carbontariffs’question processing is not good, it may cause serious international trade disputes infuture, and has impact to China’s export trade,and transformation of our country’senterprises and employment problem.In this paper, combined with the actual situation in China, to analyse the impact toChina’s foreign trade by use of international economics, econometrics analysis methods, ifChina’s export products are suffered carbon tariffs, and then in the carbon tariff growingbackground, put forward countermeasures of our country’s export products to deal withcarbon tariffs.Carbon tariff is a new form of green trade barrier, is the further development ofinternational trade protectionism. Based on this, on one hand, China should activelyparticipate in and formulate the standard of international carbon emissions by reference to,accelerate the development of new energy and new materials industrys, accelerate theadjustment,transformation, upgrade pace of economic structure and industrial structure,accelerate energy-saving emission reduction process. On the other hand, enterprises shouldstrengthen the consciousness of green production and constantly improve the level of energysaving technology, and make contributions for global sustainable development.
