| In recent years,developed countries have repeatedly proposed to impose carbon tariffs on developing countries.Because of the carbon tariff is collected on high energy-consuming products,this study is focus on China's manufacturing.There are several countries that have already implemented carbon taxes such as Finland,the Netherlands,Denmark,Sweden.The article analyzes the status of carbon tax in these countries,then compare to explain how China's current situation and the trend of carbon tariffs.The next chapter is China's manufacturing carbon emissions status quo,use data to show China's manufacturing exports and carbon emissions.Next analyze the causes of high carbon emissions in China's manufacturing industry.Using the relevant data and function and combining the above analysis,describes the impact of carbon tariffs on manufacturing from positive and negative effects.Negative effects include: reducing the export trade,increasing corporate tax burden,increasing the export trade cost of the manufacturing,affecting the export structure of our country,and deteriorating the trade conditions in the short term.Positive impact includes: promoting technological progress,promoting enterprise transformation and upgrading,contributing to the formation of low-carbon industry chain,improving the trade conditions in the long term.Finally,according to the above analysis,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to deal with carbon tariffs from international,national and enterprise three angles. |
