Ability Analysis And Evaluation Research Of The Knowledge Management In Real Estate Development Enterprise

With the arrival of knowledge-based economy, knowledge management has become the key management theory research. In enterprise management, it has a certain amount of research results and practical experience which had been closely connected of knowledge management and industries. But, the knowledge management of real estate development enterprise management application studies rarely, even more rare practical experience. According to statistics, only 15 percent of the knowledge management in enterprise achieved good results, in the enterprise which implements knowledge management. To survive in the intense competition, the real estate development enterprise must have a complete, suitable for enterprise’s own characteristic knowledge management theory and method of real estate development enterprise, which can realize continuous accumulation, sharing and innovation of project of knowledge, so as to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise.This article uses modern management theory and method of real estate development enterprise management theory, system management theory, integration theory, capability evaluation and or so, with the research results for theoretical guidance of sociology, management, economics, system theory, cybernetics, information theory, knowledge management theory and real estate development enterprise management theory. Adopting combined theoretical study and empirical analysis, combining with the actual situation of Chinese real estate development enterprise management, the economic globalization and the trend of the development of the network. This paper is based on knowledge management of real estate development enterprises and using cases shows that the practical application of knowledge management in china’s real estate development enterprises .In summary of domestic and international literature of enterprise knowledge management ability evaluation ,and analyzed the key elements which affect construction enterprise knowledge management, and built the corresponding evaluation index system and a fuzzy evaluation model which has a certain effectiveness and application value for real estate development enterprise knowledge management ability evaluation .
