Based On Iterative Model Of Enterprise Informatization Project Risk Control Research

With the help of provincial company, and in order to meet the local demand, Zhongshan mobile boldly uses new technologies, builds up an IT support platform for modern enterprise system. After years of development, Zhongshan mobile has boasted many IT systems, including provincially-constructed system and self-built system. But from the perspective of project management, these systems are lack of effective risk management system, so the problems happened in demand management, time management, quality management of projects, often incur wasted resources, unclearness of project goals, and that the company cannot effectively support business competition. In this case, it is crucial for Zhongshan mobile to build the risk management system of enterprise’s informatization project, to make sure the success of the project. After prophase survey and years of exploration, we have got the hang of some related status quo, and developed a set of "Process Specification of Guangdong Mobile IT Project Management", ranging from the project approval, project planning, implementation, evaluation to promotion and maintenance etc. Based on local conditions, Zhongshan mobile also issued a " management process of municipal IT project", and perfected the requirement review, capital implement, plan stage of the organization of project teams and departments responsible for each link in the project approving phase. Generally speaking, Zhongshan mobile has already boasted a set of relatively complete system of IT controlling process. We can draw lessons from international classic risk management methods, combining with the specific projects of zhongshan mobile, and establish series of risk management system suitable for zhongshan mobile’s information project, to reduce risk of the added expenditure and the failure of product delivery in accordance with established schedule.We apply classic risk management model into Zhongshan mobile and form the applicable risk management model, and thinning out instructive flowchart of execution. The risk identification, risk analysis, risk control, as well as risk management are clearly expatiated. It is important not only for risk management of company’s informationization project, but more important is that the company can comprehensively play all the resources,from both the internal and external, to form the Zhongshan brand competitiveness and lasting vitality, increase the information management comprehensively and obtain a sustainable development of zhongshan mobile.This paper firstly aims at analyzing the present research situation from home and abroad and its development of project management of enterprise informatization. According to the need of the project, the paper puts forward the topic of research, analyzes the research purpose and its significance, as well as the main task. And it also introduces the related concepts of iteration and iterative model in the application of project management, then further go insight of the present situation of the company, the existing deficiencies in project management; According to the actual situation and learning from the international classic theory of risk management, Zhongshan mobile has formed the suitable risk management model and flow chart, explained in detail the risk identification, risk analysis, risk control,and provided the needed tools and templates for the whole process, etc. Besides, it has applied the model, flow chart and tools proposed above, to carry the risk management on the project risk last year and analyzed the results. Finally, it has concluded the above analysis and prospected.
