TCP/IP communication has been applied widely in many fields. This thesis mainly narrated the application of TCP/IP protocol in DATANG Telephone Corporation’s SCDMA system and network construction. (Do not refer to the other protocol application.)Firstly, we discribed the SP30iEx system- a series production of DATANG Telephone Corporation; SP30iEx system is a set of integrated switch platform. The multi-operating system’s TCP/IP communication module, which is discribed in this article, is designed for satisfying TCP/IP communication between SP30iEx system’s various service processors. Because SP30iEx system is the telecommunication level equipment, we put forward double plane ethernet communication designing, establishing the connection mutually for the client server and message transfering error control plan. Here, we have drawn out the "Communication Node" concept. This module demonstrated the extremely good performance in traffic capacity, stability, reliability, network flexibility and the "Cross Platform" communication. The product has been applied widely in engineering applications.After introduced the SP30iEx system, we then narrated its one kind of important application--SCDMA system. The SP30iEx system only satisfies its interior "node to node" TCP/IP communication request. But the SCDMA system proposed a higher request to the communication module. Under the premise of satisfying SP30iEx system’s interior "node to node" communication, we need to solve host’s equipment connection problem between CP, SMC and HLR in this system. (But the emergency apparatus cannot correspond each other.) Hence, we have drawn out the "Double Float Node" and the "Float IP" concept.In the actual project network, not all of SCDMA systems have SMC and HLR, therefore many set of SCDMA system need to share one SMC and one HLR. Thus many set of SCDMA system to need to communicate and to isolate each other. The "STN Function" and the "STN Node" concept is proposed to solve this matter. Due to the actual need, we request a set of codes supports many kinds of operating system. And each kind of operating system has a different process in threads, semaphore, critical section and so on. Therefore, we proposed the cross platform concept and carried on the test comparison to the correspondence. In order to get a standard network and easy to operate the project, we gave a strict plan on Communication Node and IP port number.
