Apparatus And Equipment Sharing Management(AESM) Platform of Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS) was developed to solve these problems which existed in the AESM of CAS. Currently, AESM was a very popular field of study.The Web Services’ s data transmission has the following security flaw in SAMP V2.0:some import data was transmitted without encrypted, the identity of communication parties was not authenticated and malicious data might be received from an offender. A new need claimed that card readers forwarded the data many times by Multi-hop wireless networks until the data was forwarded to the gateway card reader in SAMP V3.0. How to ensure the reliability of data forwarding by Multi-hop wireless networks was the technical difficulties.In summary, the paper was mainly to solve these problems which existed in SAMP.Accorded to the problems in SAMP, the paper’s main work was as follows:1.The network security communication mechanism(NSCM) of SAMP has been proposed, and the overall design of NSCM of SAMP has been completed.2.In order to ensure that the data transmission in the public network was security, a data transmission security solution, which uses a combination of digital signature+password + asymmetric encryption of WS-Security has been proposed.3.A new protocol named M-AODV has been proposed. And in order to ensure the reliability of the data message between the card reader and the swipe card server, a technical solution about mobile Ad Hoc network and the swipe card server interconnect based on M-AODV route protocol has been proposed.4.The tests of the public data communication of network security module showed that CPU utilization was sacrificed about 10.7 percent and the reponse time of message was increased for 22 percent, then the data transmission can be security when the card server communicated with the central server by Web Services. The tests of the data communication module of the Multi-hop wireless network showed that the new protocol M-AODV has increased the packet transmission success rate about 10.7% on average than AODV, reduced the end average delay about 0.04 seconds on average then AODV and reduced the routing overhead about 8.9% on average than AODV. The test results showed that M-AODV played positive effect to ensure the reliability of data transmission of the communication of wireless network in SAMP.
